1.
Our Return Policy:
We
will repair or replace any items that are either engraved incorrectly, or where a spelling error is our fault.
No stone is ever completely black; there are
always some small imperfections within the stone. These natural
imperfections are nature’s beauty mark’s and can enhance the beauty
of the stone. When ever possible we will make every effort to use
the stone in the best orientation to minimize the appearances of any
imperfections, however we can not be held responsible for any
imperfections that Mother Nature has provided.
Items where you send us misspelled text will be
engraved exactly that way unless we accidentally catch the problem.
Please check your spelling on all orders before final approval is
given to start the order. A "Virtual Sample" will be
created digitally to simulate the engraving and E-Mailed to you. Any problems that exist
in the virtual sample once you approve it will not be grounds for
replacement after the engraving is complete.
If items are
damaged by shipping, you must file a claim with the shipper for
replacement.

2.
Cancelled orders:
Orders may be cancelled at any time before we actually start
engraving an object. Once engraving has begun, you may not cancel or
return your items for refund. Cancelled orders are subject to a 15%
restocking fee where we will mail a check for the order total minus
15%. Shipping charges are
not refundable.

Payment:
We
accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and American Express with verifiable
address. Credit card orders can be shipped to the cardholder's
address or a third party when so requested and when card ownership
is verifiable.
Please, do not send cash by mail or common carrier.

Shipping times:
All
orders are filled "first come first serve" basis. Our standard
production time is 4-14 working days. Please notify us of any critical
dates so that we may try to meet your deadlines.
Currently we ship Via UPS and USPS for your convenience. This can take
anywhere from 1-6 business days delivery time, depending on where you
live.
We
ship all orders as soon as possible. We will attempt to email or call
you when there are back orders and/or other delays.
Currently we only ship to the lower 48 states.
We do not accept
liability for incorrect spelling, printing errors (including prices),
incorrect manufacturer's specifications, changes, or grammatical
inaccuracies in any product included in the Precision Engravings Inc.
website. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices on the
current web pages supersede all previous web pages published.
4.
Installation:
Precision
Engravings Inc. is not responsible for any installation
charges anywhere or at any time, should you decide to have the
marker installed in a Pet Cemetery you will be responsible for any
and all installation charges.
